Clinician providing hearing care to a client at home
Simple & Transparent

How our home visit fees work

Our home visit fee is a travel fee, charged in addition to the clinical service provided.

Fees are based on your location, to keep pricing simple and transparent.

Where multiple patients are seen at the same address, only one home visit fee applies.

We offer the most affordable travel fee for patients within Boroondara.

Common Questions

Home visit FAQ

Is the home visit fee included in the treatment fee?

No — the home visit fee is a travel fee, charged in addition to the clinical service provided. For example, a wax removal appointment at home would include the wax removal fee plus the travel fee for your zone. Both will be explained clearly when you book.

Do you charge one fee for two family members at the same address?

Yes — where multiple patients are seen at the same address on the same visit, only one home visit fee applies. Each person's clinical services are charged individually as normal.

Do you visit aged care or retirement living facilities?

Yes, we regularly visit clients in aged care and retirement living facilities across our service areas. The same zone-based travel fee applies, and the one-fee rule covers multiple residents seen at the same facility on the same visit. Facility staff or family members are welcome to contact us to arrange an appointment.

How do I know my exact fee?

Tell us your suburb when you enquire and we'll confirm your travel fee before anything is booked — no surprises. Suburbs on zone boundaries or outside our standard service area are quoted individually.

Need a home visit?

We'd be happy to discuss availability and confirm the travel fee for your suburb.
