Home visit bookings

Home visits are booked directly with our team — there is no online booking for home visits.

Securing your appointment

To confirm your appointment, the home visit fee and a 10% deposit are payable at the time of booking.

The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your appointment.

Changes and cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend the appointment, the home visit fee and deposit are non-refundable.

Travel fees by location

Home visit travel fees are based on location and are charged in addition to the clinical service provided. We confirm the applicable fee before your booking is secured.

If multiple people are seen at the same address during one visit, only one home visit fee applies. Clinical services are charged separately for each person.

Retirement living or aged care?

We visit facilities within our service areas. Tell us the facility location and how many people need appointments, and we’ll confirm availability and the travel fee.

Is the travel fee included in the clinical service fee?

No. The home visit fee is a travel fee charged in addition to the clinical service provided. Both costs are explained before your appointment is confirmed.

Can several people be seen at the same address?

Yes. When multiple patients are seen at the same address during the same visit, only one home visit fee applies. Each person's clinical services are charged separately.

Do you visit aged-care and retirement living facilities?

Yes. We visit clients in aged-care and retirement living facilities within our service areas. Contact us with the facility location and the number of people requiring appointments so we can confirm availability and the travel fee.
